Terms of Service
Section 1: Scope and Leadership
These Terms of Service apply to Halo Squad, Halo Music Group, and all subsidiary brands operating under the Halo Entertainment Group, including our NEXT GEN CREATORS division. By engaging with any of these platforms, you agree to the standards and responsibilities outlined herein. Halo Squad and its subsidiaries are directly led by Jaaziel Bournes, known publicly as Jay Halo. His leadership ensures that all operations reflect the HALO STANDARD of Hustle Always, Loyalty Only. This unified governance guarantees consistency across every branch of the Halo collective.
Section 2: Free for Profit Beats
Halo Squad encourages creators and artists to explore their talents freely within our ecosystem. Some artists may choose to use “Free for Profit” beats, which are allowed under the licensing terms provided by the original producers. We respect the rights of beat makers and require that all creators honor the conditions attached to any beat they use. This ensures fairness, recognition, and compliance across the community. By participating, you acknowledge that Halo Squad is not liable for external licensing disputes but provides guidance to help creators stay aligned with industry norms.
Section 3: Entertainment Purpose
All content hosted on Halo Squad, including streams, videos, and music, is intended purely for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee commercial success or financial gain from participation in our platforms. Streams and performances are designed to showcase creativity, build community, and inspire audiences. While creators may monetize their work independently, Halo Squad’s role is to provide a stage and supportive environment. Entertainment remains the core purpose, and all users should engage with this understanding.
Section 4: The HALO Standard
We uphold the HALO STANDARD: Hustle Always, Loyalty Only. This principle guides every aspect of our community, from how creators collaborate to how audiences engage with content. Hustle represents the dedication and discipline required to reach the top, while loyalty reflects the unity and respect we expect among members. By joining the Halo Squad collective, you commit to embodying these values in your creative journey. The HALO STANDARD is not optional—it is the foundation of our collective identity.
Section 5: User Experience
User experience is central to Halo Squad’s design and operation. We strive to create interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and accessible across devices. Feedback from our community is actively considered in updates and improvements. Every feature is built to empower creators and audiences, ensuring clarity and ease of use. Our goal is to eliminate barriers so that creativity flows without interruption.
Section 6: Intellectual Property
Respect for intellectual property is a cornerstone of our platform. Users must ensure that any content they upload or share does not infringe on the rights of others. This includes beats, samples, lyrics, and visual assets. Halo Squad reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards and to take action against repeat offenders. Protecting creativity means protecting the rights of all contributors.
Section 7: Community Guidelines and Liability
Community guidelines are enforced to maintain a safe and positive environment. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Halo Squad is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packaging, merchandise, or shipments associated with creator or audience transactions. While we strive to ensure smooth operations, external carriers and logistics providers remain responsible for delivery outcomes. By participating, you acknowledge that Halo Squad’s liability does not extend to packaging or shipping concerns.
Section 8: Updates and Acceptance
Halo Squad reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed to reflect changes in technology, law, or community standards. Updates will be communicated clearly, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We encourage users to review the Terms regularly to stay informed. Transparency is key, and we will always explain the purpose of any changes. Our commitment is to evolve responsibly while protecting the community.
